Putin: 73 years old Trump: 79 years old Xi Jinping: 72 years old Khamenei: 86 years old Netanyahu: 76 years old Narendra Modi: 75 years old All these leaders have lived their lives and are now destroying world peace and the future of coming generations. The world needs young leaders.

Advice to my daughters in case they grow up to read lists like these: 1. Financial independence is power, yes - but interdependence is also part of being human. Learning to trust, share resources, and build mutual stability doesn’t make you weak; it makes you relationally mature. 2. Purpose fuels life, but love is purpose too. Deep connections often enhance your mission, not distract from it. The goal isn’t to choose one - it’s to integrate both without losing yourself. 3. Kindness isn’t weakness; manipulation is. You don’t have to discard niceness - you just need boundaries. Assertive and compassionate can coexist. The goal isn’t rebellion, it’s authenticity. 4. Discernment is good, but walls become prisons. Learn to recognize red flags without assuming betrayal is inevitable. Vulnerability with the right people is what heals cynicism. 5. Action matters, but reflection prevents disaster. Thinking isn’t the enemy - rumination is. The balance is thoughtful movement: act decisively, but keep a feedback loop open. 6. Confidence in appearance is healthy, but so is detachment from it. Your value isn’t a fallback plan - it’s multifaceted. Beauty fades; character compounds. 7. There’s no universal timeline. Parenthood can expand your life, not replace it - if chosen consciously. “Later” isn’t automatically wiser; “ready” is what matters. 8. Acceptance builds resilience, but so does trying to improve what’s unfair. Strength includes compassion and activism. Growth doesn’t require indifference. 9. True - your body remembers. But don’t treat health like a debt to be repaid; it’s a relationship to be nurtured. Gratitude toward your body works better than fear of decay. 10. Beautiful sentiment - but grace doesn’t need to replace beauty. They evolve together when you live with curiosity and humility. Growth doesn’t have to compete with youth - it can refine it. 🫡 From the depths — The White Whale 🐋

Advice to women in their 20s: 1. Make your own money and keep it. Don’t depend on a man. Independence isn’t a personality trait, it’s a power source. 2. Don’t chase love, chase purpose. The right person won’t slow you down, they’ll fuel you. 3. Stop being nice, break the rules. Nice is forgettable. Be kind, be fair, but don’t soften yourself just to be liked. 4. Keep your guard up. Not everyone’s heart is as clean as yours. 5. Don’t overthink, move! Perfect can wait, progress can’t. 6. If you’re beautiful, own it, just don’t rely on it. 7. Have kids later, if ever. Live your life before you raise someone else’s. 8. The world isn’t fair. Accept it, and get stronger instead of bitter. 9. Take care of your body. Your 30s will thank your 20s. 10. And remember, grace outlives beauty. See the world, touch art, learn deeply. Depth is the most magnetic thing you’ll ever wear.

Sydney Sweeney really is pathetic. The smug look on her face as she continues to stand by bad morals is egregious. Unfortunately for Sydney, she doesn’t realise that she is actually just a painfully ignorant woman who thinks she’s smarter than she actually is. What a waste.

@OneNationAus Are you going to form a coalition with the Nationals? You would then overtake the Liberals!

BREAKING: One Nation is now just within 9% of beating the Liberals/Nationals - single digits. Australians have had enough of high electricity prices, and they are blaming the Liberals and Nationals who signed up to Net Zero in the first place. The public mood is shifting against high immigration, outrageous housing costs and living expenses that are mostly unaffordable for working Australians.

BREAKING: THE END OF NET ZERO @The_Nationals have just announced they are dropping Net Zero, and it's easy to see why. Australia's commitment to Net Zero by 2050 is breaking the nation. It has made energy is more expensive, the economy less productive, and it is doing visible harm to our natural environment and farmland. In particular manufacturers, farmers, and those in regional Australia have been punished by the Net Zero push. That's why we at the Page Research Centre have released "Delivering a High Energy Australia," a report that explains in depth the harm Net Zero has caused, and calls on Australia to chart a new course. It’s not the final word, but it’s the start of a serious national conversation that must be had. Read it here: page.org.au/2025/11/delive…

The Australian media have not internalised how close we are to a Reform/Nigel Farage moment. If One Nation gain 5 points at the expense of the Coalition in the next Newspoll, they would pull ahead as the most popular right wing party in Australia. They are just 5 points away.

I know this is scary but you need to start thinking very deeply about how you will act in the event you are attacked. Because if you have mentally prepared yourself for the possibility you will be infinitely better prepared for if it happens. You also have to imagine committing extreme violence in the face of an attacker. Be willing to gouge eyes, target throats, head butt, choking, finding anything you can that can be used as an improvised weapon, etc. In life or death you have to fight dirty and with animalistic aggression to survive. In the first instance the answer is always to run, hide, call the police, and if appropriate to shout like hell for help. That is always option 1. But sometimes option 1 isn’t available and you have to fight. If you freeze and you can’t flee you have to fight like hell. This is where some prior visualisation will help prevent a freeze or inappropriate flee response. It also obviously helps if you are fit and have even beginner experience of some form of combat. In many situations if you can make attacking you more trouble than it’s worth the attacker will flee, even putting up a moderately impactful response could make the difference. Do not cower in the face of evil. A few things to consider. I always travel in trainers, trousers or shorts I can move freely in, I avoid listening to music while on the move in public so I can hear my surroundings, I profile people in my space, I don’t read or go on my phone much in public unless I am in a suitable spot, I know where exits are, I am aware of what I am carrying in my bag (legally) and what is around me that could be used in an emergency and put those things at the top of my bag, I also run scenario analysis - what would I do right now if X happened?, etc. I don’t talk much about these steps because it sounds extremely paranoid to most people, but one day it might just might save my life or yours. We don’t live in the old world, we live in a world where you have to consider the possibility you’ll have to run or fight for your life.

SHOCKING: A 24-year-old Jewish woman was rejected from a job at a plant nursery in Melbourne for being Israeli. She applied for a position at The Garden of Eden nursery in the suburb of Albert Park and received a text from the co-owner, Brett Dahan, that read: “Unfortunately, the position has been filled by someone with an (sic) semblance of humanity and who cares for plants, animals, and the environment. “Good luck on your journey and I hope you leave Melbourne soon! Free Palestine and end genocide NOW. You’re complicit in IT.” This is pure antisemitism. How can the same people who protest discrimination turn around and happily discriminate against Jews? It can't be up to Jews alone to fight bigotry against us.

@RuneCrypto_ @cecilia_hsueh Honestly, I’ve been using MEXC since day one and never had any issues. The platform has strong security measures, transparent operations, and a responsive support team. Let’s not judge an exchange based on FUD or rumors.

Update on my MEXC situation: I didn’t want to make this public. At first, I genuinely believed it was a random bug or system error. But after 20 days, more than 3,300,000 USDT of my funds remain frozen by @MEXC_Official, completely inaccessible. I reached out to support multiple times. Every time, they said it would be “resolved soon.” Then one day, I received an email saying my account showed “suspicious activity” and “abnormal profit.” No explanation. No evidence. Just “frozen forever.” I’ve been in this space long enough to know that transparency is everything. No one, no trader, no investor, no builder, should ever have to go through this. I still hope @cecilia_hsueh and the MEXC team will do the right thing and fix this. Until then, all I can do is keep speaking up.

@roisinmurphy Teenagers are impressionable, they struggle with their personal identity, it’s a passage of time and they are vulnerable to following any trend, that’s true. However, trans teens DO exist and many of them felt safe to come out at a time when society was more open.

“Sweden’s Board of Health and Welfare confirmed a 1,500% rise between 2008 and 2018 in gender dysphoria diagnoses among 13- to 17-year-olds born as girls.” My commentary was brief: “Two words: social contagion.”
Colin Wright@SwipeWright

Was the more than 20-fold rise in trans identities since 2010 the result of people finally feeling free to express their authentic selves? Or was it a social contagion? Five years ago, I and others were canceled for suggesting the latter. New evidence shows we were right. Read my latest for the Wall Street Journal ⬇️ 🔗wsj.com/opinion/eviden…

To fix crime we must fix poverty. Tough on crime works in the short term. Give people value, a living, and you solve the issues desperation and deprivation create in the long term.
