There's this popular quote by Ellen Johnson Sirleef it says: "If your dreams don’t scare you, they aren’t big enough.” But is this really true? When starting out most people just want something better than where they are presently and that's what drives them to put in the work. No clear vision, No clear destination all they want is a better life. Sometimes people are so consumed by the world around them that it restricts their thinking and it's only as they get better that they begin to see better places and open their minds to new possibilities. Most successful people never believed they'd be as successful as they now are and this shows that their dreams wasn't even close to their present realities. I believe our dreams are shaped by what we see and feel around us. if you don't see better you won't dream bigger. Cheers🥂🥂

Honestly, I h8te it when you're actively engaging with me but not creating your own content. Start producing your own posts so that when I want to return the favor and engage back, I actually have something meaningful to interact with. You can't grow by only building under other people's pages. Focus more on your own page and create original content. Once you make a strong post, pin it. Then you can go out and engage others. Let's do better. Above all, love God.

years ago, there was this pastor that prays so much. He's always vocal about why we should have compassionate heart towards others.. He had three brothers, two was in school while one was an apprentice. One day he got a call that one of his brother who's doing apprentice fought his boss and broke things up.. The boss was questioning him about his money that was missing, the boy denied it. The pastor went there, beat his brother up and arrested him with Army.. The brother stayed in army barracks for months before he was released.. During the time of his arrest, Many people condemned the pastor's actions and said he was supposed to lead by example. They said as a pastor, he was not supposed to be that harsh and wicked... Do you think he overreacted or he did the right thing to discipline his brother?

If you’re a student, know that your 4-7years in Uni is the only period you’ll be able to collect “free” money from home COMFORTABLY. Maximize it beyond the dy/dx that often doesn’t translate into something tangible in reality.

I once missed a call that changed everything. It was from a company I had dreamed of working for. I froze — didn’t recognize the number, and assumed it was spam. Two days later, I got the email: “Position filled.” I cried. Not just for the opportunity… but for all the times I let fear and hesitation make decisions for me. Since then, I’ve made a rule: If it scares me, I answer it. If it challenges me, I try it. That one missed call taught me more about courage than any book, course, or advice ever could. What’s the one call, message, or opportunity you’ve been scared to take?

“Even if it was a lie, it doesn’t matter, since she didn’t accuse any body in particular” “I’ll rather believe a lady that lies about being ráped, than a guy being accused of ràpe” Can you see how foolish and dumb that sounds? Imagine if it was a neighbor or a guy that she falsely accused? That’s how he would’ve been labeled a ràpist even without been tried With the way some people think Ehn, we have a long way to go in this country

In 2016, a bus conductor in Lagos returned ₦3.6 million to a passenger who had forgotten it in his vehicle. Everyone called him a fool. “Na opportunity God give you,” his friends said. The passenger, a small business owner, cried when he got his money back. He said that money was everything he had — rent, school fees, and goods for his shop. Years later, that same passenger helped the conductor start his own transport business. Today, the “fool” owns three buses. He once said, “Hunger can push you to steal. But character decides if you’ll eat well tomorrow.” If it were you… Would you have returned the money?

Me: Barrister, someone owes me money. 300k. Lawyer: Do you have any proof to that effect? Me: No. Lawyer: Write to him and ask him to pay you 350k. Me: Sir, but what he owes me is 300k. Lawyer: Don’t worry, just do as I have told you. Me: Okay, sir. I then wrote to the person who owed me, asking him to pay me 350k. His reply was: “What I owe you is 300, not 350.” I then showed the Barrister the reply I had received from him, and he said, “That is the evidence we will use against him.” 😹😹😹😹😹😹
