3 Communists walk into a bar, one orders a $15 mixed drink, one a $10 Martini, and the other a $6 beer. When the bill comes, based on their mantra, they are forced to split the bill equally.
Next week, the three, once again, return to the bar, but this time, they all ask for separate checks, so the bartender asks them, why aren’t they splitting the bill equally, since in communism, everyone pays the same fair share. The three communists reluctantly agree, and once again split the check 3 ways.
The following week, the three communists return, but with a mob of devoted followers, and protest the bartender, to change the prices of all their drinks, to the cheapest drink on the menu.
In fear of his business vandalized or burned down, the bartender agrees. So the following week all the communists come in and enjoy their $6 equally priced drinks, and celebrate the successes of communism.
The Communists continue this for several more weeks, until one Friday they return to the bar, to find it closed, with a sign out front, stating that the bar is out of business.
And that comrades, is how communism works.

This argument is just entirely fake, for two reasons.
1) In the Obama administration, they counted being turned away at the border as a deportation. A person would show up, be sent back, and counted as a deportation. We have to do deportations from the interior of the country because Biden and Harris let them walk in.
2) In the cities that are not sanctuary cities, the deportation process is orderly and normal--like most law enforcement. In Minneapolis and a few other sanctuary jurisdictions, local jurisdictions and a few leftwing agitators have decided to wage war on all immigration enforcement officers.
They are hoping that a little chaos will convince us to give up on immigration enforcement. They are wrong.

We don’t deny people the right to use the bathroom, however standard policy is to never allow a subject in custody to enter an enclosed area alone as they are under arrest and could barricade themselves in.

Actually because of Barnes vs Felix (2024) we can take it one step further back as we must consider the “totality of circumstance”
So question 1 becomes:
What legal self-defense reason, that existed PRIOR to him raising his fire arm, justified him engaging with the woman, and raising his gun in the first place?
If he did not have legal grounds to block her vehicle, shout her out of the vehicle or draw his weapon then he created the situation, and by nature of the totality of circumstance *cannot* claim self-defence.

She was illegally obstructing law enforcement. They had cause to detain her. She fled the police and in the process hit an agent with her car. Intent does not matter. The fact is she used a deadly weapon to flee a lawful detainmeant.
