i may have come from a broken dysfunctional family and my own mother disowned me but I have the best and almost perfect mother in law :)) God is good

my fluency in German is that I can gossip with my husband every time we travel abroad 😅

today was hard. Slow but I survived

today‘s my dreadful day. i‘ve no idea how will i survive this.

just maybe— when they see me having fun, and playing… i can heal.. and i can play with them too. but maybe for now, not just yet. my grief is so memorable yet agonizing. but until then, i will continue to play.

oh, love… how bruised and beaten you are! no wonder, these starchildren goes back to heaven. it must have been so nice there. and i think, before they come out of this crooked, unfair world, they want to see me play with me abandoned inner child first… and then, maybe…

i stopped counting my starchildren last May 1, 2022. by that time, we lost 2. this year, God wants me to keep counting again. and again. i have been bruised and broken 1 too many times. by this time, we said goodbye to 2 starchildren. i felt numb na, that i don’t know how to heal

that‘s why she plays outside. she climbs and sleeps on a tree. she plays waterfall with the rain, and she was collecting bruises and scars like it was her own toys. she never gets a hug, but a spank. she was never appreciated, but punished all the time

she is not actually acting out, neither is she a freak. she imagines play and she managed to imagine her own circle of friends. cos she never had one, or, she was never accepted as one in real life. she thinks being rejected inside the house is a normal thing—-

as i play with ny inner child, i discovered a lot of scars, and her own way to cope and survive. i learned, she never had her own toys. i learned she was forbidden to be curious. i found out, why she is overshares things or over explains everything, she was never heard or seen.

and i am struggling to do those 2 tasks. my therapist won’t meet me until i take step 1. and lo and behold, i made it. i AM playing with me inner child. i am getting to know her and it makes me cry…. 😢

now 32 and turning 33 next month— my therapist who has been with me since asked me to do these 2 things: - play with me inner child - write letters to our starchildren
