@RoryStewartUK You just proved his point. You think you're smarter than you are. Thought you could be PM. Humiliated. Put a huge bet on Harris to win. Humiliated. Told the VP of America you're smarter than he thinks after he just said you think you're smarter than you are. Humiliated.

Remember when the media hounded out Angela Raynor for a stamp duty saga, then completely let Nigel Farage of the hook? I ain't okay with that, are you?

Nigel Farage wants to be our next Prime Minister, he made a big speech this week in Parliament about law and order - but in respect of the rioting in Essex this week, rather than defend the police and condemn the violent protesters (as you might expect) - he instead repeated conspiracy theories about the police bussing in counter-protesters... Is this a man fit to run the country...?

My full support to my Labour colleagues who have been suspended over opposition to disability cuts. Alongside nearly 50 of us, they were simply standing up for their disabled constituents and following their consciences. Challenging policies that harm our communities, that damage Labour's support and that make a Reform government much more likely is a key role of Labour backbenchers. The Prime Minister should be listening to these voices, not punishing them. After the suspension of myself and others last year for opposing the two-child benefit cap, I had hoped the leadership would take a different approach to backbenchers. Sadly, it isn’t yet doing so. To help stop a Reform Government, it really must do so.

Imran Hussain MP asks of Starmer: ‘How many more Palestinian 🇵🇸 children must be starved or murdered’ ‘How many horrors’ ‘Before you impose sanctions on Israel 🇮🇱 as you have on Russia 🇷🇺’ Starmer’s answer is a shameful obviation. Starmer 🇬🇧 is a partner of Israel 🇮🇱 Damned.

The Spectator is shortly going to run a story about me attending Glastonbury. My response to them: “Typical of a right-wing rag that once ran a piece ‘In praise of the Wehrmacht’ to attack me for attending Glastonbury, where I spoke on two panels about how to confront the far right. The irony is not lost. By all means, run your story. It’ll end up in the same gutter as the rest.”

Funny reading Reform supporters defending 18 yr olds running councils, but not 16 and 17 yr olds being able to vote.

@GBPolitcs Not that we adults needed proof, but if we did, at least 38% are obviously a lost cause, 18% have been asleep for 14 years, 16%, well I blame their parents and 27% are smart enough to know 16yo shouldn't be voting, ironically they're the only ones who should be allowed to vote.
