Funny how fast the “Legal Victory” banner goes up. When the earlier rulings went the other way… not quite the same urgency. Also, the court didn’t say everything is in harmony with the law. It said the threshold to deny funding wasn’t met. Big difference. #exjw #watchtower

Has anyone done a simple list of all the changes from the last few years? #exjw - No more reporting service hours - Men 'allowed' to grow beards - Women 'allowed' to wear slacks - Married couples 'allowed' to decide on sexual matters as long as they don't talk about it 1/2

@thefamousisaacs Yep, and I’ve always had a follicley beard, it’s freedom was only clarified.

So I decided to watch by myself the video that has caused quite some noise in some quarters, about Jehovah's Witnesses and the "update" about the use of blood. What I see is, nothing has changed. What they gave was clarification. What does this mean?

The April 2025 Study Edition Watchtower depicts an apostate holding a ‘Yes to blood’ sign. But now JW has to agree with that “Yes” to blood - as long as it’s their own!

This 1994 Awake! praised youths who died refusing blood. Now some uses are a "conscience matter." But in many of those same cases, only donor transfusions would have helped, and those are still forbidden. So despite the "clarification," nothing really changes where it matters.
