@microcenter Do not have a SS, it was showing the higher price when placed in cart as well. Nowit does appear to have fixed itself. Definitely wasn't a browser issue. I looked using my phone then PC with FF,Chrome and Edge. Prices were all screwed up. Had your 9850X3D bundle at 699 as well

@like2trip From what we see, the bundle is displayed as $599.99 on our website, and also shows up while in the cart for an in-store pickup. Do you by chance have a screenshot of the price you are seeing that shows $1039.97? The price should be reflected in the store when checking out.

@PaulTassi @EkkaaaR I don't see how this was ever intended for a casual audience. None of the decisions they made for this game even hint at it being casual. since launch it seems like they still think they are for casual yet the stuff they are doing and have on the road map still scream hardcore

It was almost impossible for Cryo Chamber to spike the playercount meaningfully. If you have played enough to meet the requirements, especially 5K loadout a run, chances are you have already been playing a lot to this point. It's not like new people can show up to play

So I gotta ask.. Why do youtubers that do the exact same thing as "game journalists" (but in video form) think they're somehow superior to game journalists? If anything youtubers in general has less education and a way more reasons to outright lie to get liked and easy views.

@thomasmahler That is literally what a 78 out of 100 is Good for the right person but has issues that a lot won't like unless they set expectations beforehand. How piss would people be if they gave it a 100 and didn't talk about problems.

It’s a bit disturbing to see how many players were insanely hyped for Crimson Desert until today and how quickly opinions have shifted now - hell, I think most people saw it as the potential new Elden Ring 😳 But now the reviews have come in and it sits on a 78 on Metacritic. And to most gamers, that means it’s pretty much a waste of time. But then I listened to @ForceStrategy’s breakdown, a reviewer who’s usually spot on, and he had a ton of good things to say about it - as long as you come in with the right expectations. It was honestly quite silly to expect the team that was in charge of BDO to build the next Elden Ring… but based on what Force was saying, I could easily see them still turning things around. I think in general I love the games industry for of how passionate everyone is about games - but it also feels like games get overhyped so often that it’s becoming a bit ridiculous… So… give them some time. There’s definitely something interesting going on with Pearl Abyss. For some reason, they know how to generate a ton of hype. I remember how insanely excited people were about DokeV when they showed a trailer at Gamescom a few years back. So I’d say… chill and let’s see how they’re reacting to this feedback. Will definitely be interesting to follow! 👍

But your decision was I disagree with a review so all people who do that are untrustworthy .. unless it's an influencer who, wait, omg what does an influencer do?
