@morellifit 2/2 of regulating its temperature is a mild but real cardio vascular work out. An outdoors lifestyle is very healthy as you mention. Even in Europe where due to climate life style is less outdoors, for example Scotland, obesity etc is also worse.

@morellifit 1/2 Climate and the interplay with air conditioning makes a difference. Americans are inside often because it’s either too hot or too cold outside, while inside is at air conditioned comfort. Air conditioning is unusual in much of Europe and the mild systemic stress on the body…

Europeans can be in amazing shape & live to 100+ while: • Eating carbs 24/7 • Rarely going to the gym • Drinking alcohol every day But when Americans do it? They become obese & get sick. It took some time... But I think I found what EXACTLY is going on: 🧵
