@lillybyt @FastAPI Celery + LLM is a solid stack but watch your queue depth. LLM calls are slow and unpredictable—one bad prompt can back up workers for minutes. We ended up using separate queues with timeouts and circuit breakers.

@karpathy's LLM Wiki = the anti-RAG. 🫪😺 A really really simple setup, It's like Wikipedia, but for you. Light, versionable with Git, works great in Obsidian, 3 folders 📂, and a readme file. Genius!

@karpathy's LLM Wiki pattern could prove to be insanely useful. Instead of throwing docs at an LLM every time (classic RAG), you let it build and maintain a living Markdown wiki from your raw files. raw/, wiki/, & output/ One readme.md rules them all.

So yeah, I’ve mastered #Python + backend dev, SQL, server & database logic, plus UI/UX and JS/TS along the way. Built a general purpose CSV cleaner, a field-specific Medical Data Cleaner, and an interactive Valentine's Day TUI. Safe to say I'm a full-stack dev right now...am I?

That being said, I’ve been struggling to land gigs lately. 🫩 Life as a Medical Student while working as a full-stack Python developer isn’t easy, but I’m good at what I do. Does anyone have suggestions for #Freelancer platforms that actually reward skill over 'legacy' metrics?

A platform that doesn't provide a bridge for new talent to establish trust without self-exploitation isn't a "marketplace"—it’s a closed loop. 🙄 Fiverr needs to stop treating fresh freelancers like a liability and start valuing the actual craft over the legacy of the account.
