I have a trapped nerve/slipped disk (trying to get tested) in my back which is the least fun I’ve had in a very long time. The cocktail of painkillers is a little more fun. But everything is just very painful 😫
Am having physio but any suggestions to ease pain greatly received!

We were in previews this time last year, spent my entire first week of rehearsals in hospital; was quite a journey but the entire beautiful company made the magic happen. Feeling blessed to be acknowledged along with many of my fav artists too. #MelaninSeason #blackartmatters
