@chronicpsycho_ It’s so hard . ED is like a viscous circle, restrict, extreme weight loss,,start eating. More hungry as ypur body’s been in starvation mode and binge then overweight again. I hate it 🥺🥺

i highkey want to relapse into restriction, wish i could restrict like i used to, without b/p tendencies. and just stop eating all together.
