My understanding is that "the progress" they have made should've cost 1/3 of what they spent! It is actually mind blowing to consider how this UNFATHOMABLY large amount of money has been so carelessly blown. It's obscene!! Billions and billions of dollars are being blown. It is not adding up. Where has THIS INSANE AMOUNT OF MONEY HAS GONE!? Literally billions and BILLIONS of dollars being spent on these pathetic bridges!?!? It simply doesn't make sense...
