@HMRCcustomers Higher rate tax relief should be automatic the fact that taxpayers have to manually claim it, wait months, and then still have to call to chase is genuinely poor. Is there really no way to escalate this without calling?

@HMRCcustomers I submitted 3 PPR1 forms on 21/11/2025 for higher rate pension tax relief. One has been paid, one shows 'Completed' but I've received NO cheque, and the third is still 'In Progress' after 3 months. Why the inconsistency? Pls advice Ref: QVSWGWJS3HHX DZ9W1GKPBO0A
