NEW: 15-year-old girl r*ped, shot, and set on fire by her own mother and her mother's boyfriend in Louisiana. Horrific. Latonya Harris, 40, and Terrence Washington, 41, were arrested after police made a disturbing discovery after Washington crashed his car. Police found a 15-year-old girl in the backseat of the car with unrelated injuries to the crash. According to Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet, the girl was "found to be suffering from large-scale burns to majority of her upper body and multiple gunshot wounds." Washington admitted to s*xually abusing the girl and shooting her with a shotgun in the chest and face. He accused the mother of setting her on fire with half her face burned off. One of the girl's eyes had to be medically removed and she lost multiple teeth. Relatives say she "looked dead" when they went to visit her at the hospital. The girl unfortunately has many more surgeries ahead including mouth reconstruction.

JUST IN: Boeing offers condolences after a passenger was killed on a Boeing 777 plane, says their “thoughts” are with the passengers and crew. In total 30 people were injured and a 73-year-old British man was killed. The incident happened after the plane fell a whopping 6000 feet. “Suddenly the aircraft starts tilting up and there was shaking so I started bracing for what was happening, and very suddenly there was a very dramatic drop so everyone seated and not wearing seatbelt was launched immediately into the ceiling,” a passenger said. “Some people hit their heads on the baggage cabins overhead and dented it, they hit the places where lights and masks are and broke straight through it.”
