A bit of a different topic but necessary to know... The International Criminal Court has always been a parasite. Not a court in any meaningful sense...a self-appointed priesthood of globalist mediocrity that drapes itself in the language of justice while functioning as an instrument of lawfare against the strong. It was never designed to restrain the genuinely monstrous. It was engineered to constrain those with the will and the capacity to act decisively in a world that still runs on power. For decades the United States tolerated its existence as an irritation. That tolerance has ended. We are not ignoring it. We are excising it. What follows is not commentary. It is a forensic dissection. I cut through the rhetorical fat...the pious invocations of “international community,” the fraudulent claim of complementarity, the selective outrage that always spares the actual predators while circling American soldiers and border agents...and lay bare the pathology underneath. The ICC is the institutional expression of ressentiment: the accumulated envy and ideological hostility of actors who cannot match the United States on the battlefield and therefore seek to criminalize its exercise of sovereign will in the courtroom. This is not justice. This is the weak attempting to bind the strong with paper and robes, and the strong are finally remembering that they owe the weak nothing but contempt when the weak reach for their weapons. Psychologically, the mechanism is transparent. Institutions staffed by third-world judges, funded by coalitions with explicit anti-American agendas, and amplified by networks of captured NGOs do not become legitimate because they hold hearings in The Hague. They become dangerous precisely because they offer the illusion of legitimacy to lawfare. Every deployment of American force becomes potential fodder for complaints manufactured by adversaries. The goal is paralysis. We are done negotiating with hesitation. Philosophically, the stakes reach back to Westphalia and the revolutionary recognition that sovereignty is the fundamental precondition for any order worth defending. A nation that submits its warriors and its border decisions to the judgment of a court it never joined has already surrendered the core attribute of independence. The American founding was, in part, a rejection of precisely this species of extraterritorial adjudication. We are reasserting that logic with the clarity that only comes when the mask slips. The piece you are about to read does not ask for your agreement. It demands your attention. Because the campaign now underway...diplomatic isolation, sanctions, pressure on allies who have sheltered under the American umbrella while enabling attacks on American sovereignty...is the necessary work of a republic that has remembered it was never meant to be judged by those who could not defend themselves without its strength. The ICC holds no power over us. It never did. What it held was our forbearance, and that forbearance has been revoked. Read it. Of the psychological mechanisms that produced it...the grandiosity that demands centrality, the empathy deficit that treats real grief as disposable, the dissociative theatricality that speaks of “Candace” as though she were a character in her own private passion play. As I’ve said already, I don’t think it’s specific to a restaurant but a supply chain. Even if Taco Bell is one outlet, there are others. And my bet is still on lettuce. BUT why isn’t anyone asking why there is human poop in the soil of farms. This can ONLY come from human feces that’s been festering in soil. Cyclospora outbreaks originate from human fecal contamination of water or the agricultural environment. The parasite matures in the environment and can contaminate fresh produce that’s eaten raw.

Thousands of people see emergency lights in their mirrors everyday and 99.999% manage to not get shot. Are mistakes made? Sure - mistakes. But it is often a mistake that has its origins in the bad decisions of the people who get shot - not the police. The police - ICE included - are reactive to what is happening around them. They do not simply assassinate people for sitting in a car. If you think that is true then you are more of a problem than they are.

The fact that Barrett decided to appear in public and demonstrate how these intimidation tactics work, not merely against her but against her family as well, makes the situation so much worse. The only principled response would be for Barrett step aside, but she won’t.

Why has the mainstream media NEVER told you this? The Democratic Socialists of America recently voted in support of completely DISMANTLING the American Republic and replacing it with a new system. Their national political committee voted 12 to 11 in support of ABOLISHING the Presidency and the Supreme Court and making everything completely subordinate to Congress. Look at how many of them have run for Congress lately! What are the odds? Over 51% of the DSA's governing board members are now self-avowed communists. And they recently passed 120,000 members, making them the largest "socialist" organization in American history. Ten years ago, that number was only 6,000. The mask is fully off. The radicals are actively infiltrating the Democratic system to execute this blueprint from the inside out. Look at Mamdani and the slate of radicals winning primaries and trying to seize real political power. They are systematically replacing traditional Democrats with radical collectivists who are openly telling you, in their own published platform documents, that they want to dismantle the American Republic and destroy the separation of powers. The facade is gone. This IS the communist blueprint for a silent takeover.

Many of the same voices passionately defending illegal immigrants today were silent while the @JoeBiden and @KamalaHarris administration and @AliMayorkas dismantled border enforcement for four years, with devastating consequences for both American citizens and migrants. When my daughter Katie was killed by an illegal immigrant who should never have been in this country, there was no national outrage. No serious reckoning. No meaningful course correction. Like so many other American families, we were simply told the border was secure, that people were being vetted, and that there were no tradeoffs. There were tradeoffs. Katie was one of them. It breaks my heart that my daughter's death couldn't move those in power to change a single failed policy, but the interests of criminal illegal immigrants can move Washington into action overnight. America must do better than this. Every victim deserves to be seen. Every family deserves to be heard. And no parent should have to bury a child because leaders refused to confront the consequences of their own policies.

You can’t listen to this and not think that one of these Justices can be influenced by Leftist violence. When everything is on the line one will sell America out to keep their family safe. A vote can be changed due to fear. It’s obvious. The voice, the demeanor, everything.

The communists will simply interpret this “pause” as weakness. They already have. You could end the pause 30 seconds from now and the damage is already done. The communist has learned what makes the administration blink. A couple dead street animals is all it takes.

If @SecMullinDHS isn’t up for the job then he should do the honorable thing and resign. I’m one of the American majority (and a Latino) that elected Trump to get mass deportations. If Mullin won’t deliver because a man got shot for trying to run over an agent, then he needs to go.
