@WallowerPoGo I´m sure that will change the minute I reach lvl 40.

Can anyone think of a good reason that players below lvl 40 cannot begin to stockpile XL candies? Because I can't. And I don't think revenue is the answer because I know sub-40 players arent spam raiding lickitung/poliwrath and would be otherwise.
