@AmericanAir I keep getting sent to a phone number that says they are busy and then disconnects. I don’t have a file reference number because our flight was delayed (arriving after 1am) and no one was at the baggage office to help me with a report. Now everyone I talk to keeps handing me off

@AmericanAir So upset that AA broke my bag after two flight delays, the baggage office was closed at 1:30am, no one will answer the phone, and now they are refusing to replace my bag. So frustrated, without a useable bag, and I have many more AA flights in the next 6 weeks.
