Yeah, agree that builder centralization is the much bigger problem. And it's also the much harder problem. So far, I see two potential approaches, both with many open problems and uncertainty: - As you mention, have TEE builder (e.g., buildernet) win the builder market and limit the potential harm of centralized builders. Maybe this can happen if users/searchers also value TEE guarantees, hence TEE builders collect more orderflow. - Introduce APS and make the execution proposer (= builder) in-protocol entities, and then govern them through on-chain governance (e.g., @ConorMcMenamin9's AEPs ethresear.ch/t/appointed-ex… )
