@Regemon @unusual_whales That is 0.0022% for the fine amount over the amount of fake trades in the market. The cost of doing this illegal business being incredibly cheap.

BREAKING: Citadel Securities was fined nearly $9 million USD in Korea for artificially distorting stock prices. An average of 1,422 stocks per day were affected from Oct 2017 until May 2018, per Reuters. They reportedly did $406 billion worth of trades. Unusual.
