I’m sorry I’ve missed a few messages here I’ve recently been having some difficulties, not only with Crypto.com, but my physical condition is not good I fell down and blew up my knee I’m handicapped. I’m on disability so I’m just having a tough time. I have followed you back. They have assured me that I will be getting an answer to all of this soon but yes, I did take screenshots of the conversations and they still have not unlocked my CRO. They’re saying it will be unlocked within 30 days. So I’m gonna give them the 30 days and I will get back to you and let you know how it went Thanks for your concern I really appreciate it

Yes, absolutely I’m amazed that these people get away with this shit One support was telling me I was gambling and I never have gambled in my life One support agent was telling me I bought the wrong WLFI but couldn’t give me the WLFI that I had bought And when I bought the WLFI, there was only one I know what I bought and thank God I screenshot it all the Blockchain numbers and everything they said I thought this place was like a bank like you wouldn’t get scooted around so badly Well, they’re telling me now that they’re gonna respond through email and they’re gonna make sure that everything is taken care of But I mean after the last eight months of bullshit, I don’t know what to believe Thanks so much for your insight and your concern. You kept every screenshot going back to September, that's not just patience, that's evidence. @SecureTrace_Lab took my case when an exchange pulled the same stall tactics. They used my transaction logs and on-chain records to prove the funds were mine and forced the unlock. You've got receipts they can't ignore. Hand them over and let forensics make Crypto.com treat you like a person, not a ticket number.

Yes, thank God I took screenshots of all the Blockchain numbers they were giving me and all the bullshit I have screenshots going back all the way to September 1 of the conversation because they will not give me the chat Crypto.com, I do not recommend this place for anyone. It is the most un compassionate un empathetic, terrible support and the way they rip people off is amazing. I can’t believe Donald Trump uses this Crypto.com for his WLFI when this exchange is not even located in North America I think Donald Trump is using the American people to his own advantage and using companies that aren’t even located in North America to his advantage I used to like Donald Trump, but now that I know he uses a foreign exchange instead of a North American exchange it discusses me Anyways, I have all the proof it’s just been eight months now and they won’t even unlock my CRO after waiting one year

Thank you I’ve been waiting since September 1 2025 In the last week of August, I took over $1000 and invested it in WLFI I had over 100,000 coins that I bought at .007 cents per coin September 1 when I woke up and looked at my wallet and saw the price of WLFI at $.35 I was so happy until I looked in my wallet and saw that everything was gone Yeah, Crypto.com is a real nightmare to deal with I can’t even get my CRO unlocked they’ve been holding my 5500 CRO coins hostage for over a year and now they’re giving me excuses about that that I have to wait another month and a half before I can even unlock my coins I don’t understand why Donald Trump would be invested in crypto.com when Crypto.com is not even located in North America There’s something fishy going on here there’s no doubt

@DBansalFx well it’s really nice to talk to you here on X in a public forum I got an email explaining to me that the leverage is we’re going to change while the market is volatile I’ve lost over $5000 in 10 minutes because when the price of gold goes down one dollar it goes up $1000 for PU Prime And if the price goes up one dollar my profits are only between $100 and $150 But when the price moves downward, it goes down dramatically I just figured something or someone needs to say something about how PU Prime is ripping off its customers Me personally I have lost over $10,000 whenever you decide to change the leverage when the market gets volatile That’s not the customers fault we’re the one who gives you the money. It’s the exchanges problem not the people. You better change your shit up because I’m not done today. I’m gonna be complaining on every single exchange I can find. It’s funny that other strangers do not do this. You only do this when the market is well a dial, and all other exchanges do not do this to their customers.
