@ScotRail I have been stranded many times by Scotrail over the years it’s like we stop we don’t care bout our customers I’ve been left to get my own way home with other passengers no care of duty given absolutely shocking way to treat customers 😡😡😡

@lisaandbilly Bus replacements were requested and are currently operating. It takes time for bus operators to confirm buses to us, source drivers who then go to collect buses before driving to the start point. We wouldn't leave anyone stranded and work to get everyone to their destination.

@ScotRail No wonder people go mad absolutely awful leaving customers stranded you have a duty of care which doesn’t happen I was lucky enough got my husband to get me but shocking people can’t afford taxis or other means to pay 😡😡😡😡

@ScotRail But they weren’t there at the time and ScotRail staff did not have any clue basically your stranded and that is it train drove off bac to Glasgow 😡😡 shocking in my eyes leave your passengers or someone could have told the staff what was happening to tell the public 😡😡

What an absolutely bloody @ScotRail leaving your passengers stranded at Kilpatrick on way to Dumbarton not even a bus to help people with kids and the elderly no wonder people get fed up 😡😡😡😡
