@lisajaneashes Reminds me of the best advice ever, v early in my career. I remember telling my line manager I had no idea whether I was doing ok as a teacher or not. 'Ask the students,' he said. I have always done this. It's not always easy to hear, but it's rarely unkind, and always honest!
