@Aramex quite possibly the worst customer experience ever. Your @ShopandShip team has had my package since July 18. Everyone I speak to promises it’ll be out for delivery by next day. Stil not out for delivery!! What is going on?!!

@ShopandShip hello. I have ordered some items through shop & ship and my items are not getting delivered to me in DXB. The Dubai customer service team are incredibly unhelpful and not able to provide a new delivery date. Please can someone help?
