@docib Thank you for saying Ian. I did the late shift a couple of weeks ago and for the 1st time calculated how long until I’m old enough to opt out of on calls. Did the late shift last night and said to the charge nurse ‘I can’t do this all winter’ 😢

I have been a doctor in emergency (A&E) medicine since 1999 (before the four hour target) and I can honestly say it has never been as bad as it is today. Right now. I have no idea how the clinicians, nurse and others will keep going to work everyday.

@lisasEMworld @sadiyeayhan Not guidelines. Some small observational data showing potential for good neuro outcomes. More of last ditch effort to counteract docs giving way too much epi. I think reduction in epi dosing will be next chip to fall
