@Heidi__Matthews @JoshuaSealy @BBRyder You know this comment misleading and incorrect since rape (by way of one example) is not armed resistance. Rapes, alongside other atrocities, were committed on Oct 7. You are misleading people, which as a law professor is especially abhorrent.

Armed resistance is a human right under international law; only an orientalist reading can transform support for resistance into an unqualified call for armed attacks against civilians, which would not qualify as resistance under IHL in the first place.'
