Mary Tyler Moore accidentally nailed a trick shot in one take, in a 1962 episode of "The Dick Van Dyke Show"
The trick shot by was actually made in one take. They had planned for a pool expert to make the shot after cutting away from showing her hitting the cue ball. But to everyone's surprise, she actually made the shot.
Both Mary Tyler Moore and Dick Van Dyke stayed in character and finished the take, thus the genuine look of surprise on their faces.

Michael Packard Swallowed by a Whale and Lived to Tell the Tale.
On June 11, 2021, Michael Packard, a Massachusetts commercial lobster diver, was swallowed by a humpback whale off Cape Cod.
He recalled that he was diving in about 45 feet of water when suddenly everything went dark, leading him to initially think a shark attacked him. However, he soon realized he was in the mouth of a whale.
He estimated that he was inside the whale's mouth for 30 to 40 seconds in a completely dark and water-filled space. Despite the danger of drowning or suffocation, he fortunately had his breathing device with him.
Packard was treated at a hospital and released to recover at home the same day. He will continue lobster diving despite this harrowing experience.
Packàrd initially thought a great white shark had attacked him, the Cape Cod Times reports.
"Then I felt around, and I realized there was no teeth, and I had felt, really, no great pain," recounted Packàrd to WBZ-TV News. "And then I realized, 'Oh my God, I'm in a whale's mouth. I'm in a whale's mouth, and he's trying to swallow me."
