Would you leave after investing over an hour into the movie? I would. But I couldn’t do that to my kids who have been waiting for this movie. Cineplex Richmond Hill Silvercity (Ontario). Nov 23 2:15pm showtime

To add to the story. The sound was great until half way through Popular, then everyone noticed a large increase in volume. Staff said the distributor emailed all theatres telling them to up the volume. So they changed it half way through the movie. My kids didn’t want to leave.

Wicked was wonderful, but our experience was tainted by @CineplexMovies sound levels so loud the sound became distorted, piercing ears, and headaches for my children. Plus a staff who didn’t care, brushed us off, then high fives each other as we left. More reasons to watch @ home
