[Live2D Tips] #7 Did you know that Cubism's Physics settings have a feature that can automatically switch all output parameters from left to right? To use it, you just need to name your parameter IDs using a similar pattern. To be honest, I'm still not exactly sure how the detection algorithm works, but as long as the IDs are similar enough, a popup will appear and help you replace them automatically. This is really useful when you've finished adjusting the pendulum or scale for one side and want to apply the same settings to the other side. It can save quite a bit of time. I've received some feedback about this approach. Some riggers mentioned that renaming all the parameter IDs is time-consuming, and I completely agree. However, if you use Cubism's parameter export/import and Physics export/import features, you only need to do it once. After that, you can reuse the same setup for all of your future rigs. --------------------- As usual, here's a bit of chitchat: Recently, I've been working on my personal commission website. I've already added all of my twitter l2d tips there, and I also developed a price calculator. Other users can use the calculator too by preparing their own data and passing the data URL through a query parameter. I think it's pretty convenient!
