@LivingSpaces anyone that buys their warranty beware. It covers nothing and is a huge waste of money. Second time we bought the warranty and nothing is covered. We have a tear in a seem and they said it is not covered.

A woman walks into a Costco with a couch she bought back in 2021 — now she says she just doesn’t like it anymore and wants the full $900 refund. No receipt… but the employee pulls up the purchase history anyway. Four years of use later, the cushions are worn in, it’s been part of movie nights and naps — the refund would have gone thru but the manager steps in & says no m, not happening. . Generous return policies build loyalty, but they also rely on honesty. At some point, satisfaction guarantees start turning into product rentals. Should stores set strict time limits on returns, or keep flexible policies and accept the occasional abuse?

@CherokeeOwl Try purchasing a $5000 couch from @LivingSpaces and paying extra for accident insurance. Then there is an accident and they just continually deny the claims stating it’s just normal wear, NO MATTER WHAT! Never buy from them ever again.

Before buying from retail, call them first: > Pretend you’re already a customer. > Say delivery’s broken or the item’s messed up. Listen to how fast the fake smiles die. Wish I did that before buying a couch from @LivingSpaces Their support straight up prison guards who hate their shift and fraudulent.

@LivingSpaces This sofa that you have here is the one I got and it’s uncomfortable. I called multiple times but u claiming the 7 days window is closed. Its completely unused and in the same way it was delivered. Due to holidays I couldn’t arrange sooner but really hurting my back HELP
