@wearetrouva hi, I made an order 3950763 and on Monday I got an email from UpS saying it’s on it’s way and due Tuesday. Although now there no tracking info and it isn’t on route according to UPS. They’re waiting for the shipper. Could you advise pls?

@massimodutti Nothing but an unreasonable company. Christmas returns until the 30th December? People give each other their Christmas gifts on the 25th. So you give people 5 days to return? My receipt is two days out of date and won’t give me anything, not even a store credit.
