@NinjaKitchen I have been in touch with them, totally pointless. As with this entire replacement debacle, I have to now contact Purolator and deal with this myself. Ninja should focus on developing their customer service, supply chain and inventory management and take a break on kitchen stuff

What started as a broken milk jug handle for my coffee machine has morphed into the most wasteful and unsustainable replacement. @ninjakitchen / @ninjakitchencanada has requested that I cut the cable on a coffee machine only a few months old and they will ship me a whole new one.

@NinjaKitchen I have the luxe cafe espresso/coffemaker. The portafilter is beyond hard to use. It takes great effort to put it on and off. I have tried all the tricks listed but using it shouldn’t be this hard. Any help before I dump it?

@NinjaKitchen can you explain why my sushi machine keeps stopping? There is no alcohol in it, and there can’t be a lack of sugar in this… It’s on a flat countertop with space all around and nothing else plugged in near it.

@NinjaKitchen Let’s not pretend this is a unique situation. There are sites and groups across social media asking this question and the only answers are “too much alcohol” or “not enough sugar.” Solve this in public so others with the same issue can see, not in private.

Not long ago, @InstantPot had a reputation for quality products that lasted, and were worth the price. The last three things I've gotten from them have conveniently all lasted 13-15 months. Right after the warranty expires, when the company very eagerly washes their hands of it.

@NinjaKitchen @SharkNinja I need to share my experience with your Canada support team. Ticket #24644599. My Ninja Foodi OL601C had an issue. Your team confirmed a replacement and asked me to cut the power cord as proof. I did. The unit is now unusable.
