@NinjaKitchen have an original thirsti about 2 years old. One side doesnt push out any syrup flavoring or its very light even with the sweeter option chosen. Have descaled and cleaned but still having this issue. How to fix/troubleshoot?

The pitcher and cups lock by turning clockwise and unlock by turning counterclockwise, so if turning counterclockwise isn’t releasing it, the best next step is to contact our Customer Support for further help. twitter.com/messages/compo…
