Very frustrating experience with @NinjaKitchen. A defective Ninja Luxe Café ES601 (persistent “Install the portafilter” error) has been fully documented, yet support refuses to assist due to purchase location — even for a new unit. Even worse, I was repeatedly redirected to the same email with no resolution. Not the customer experience I expected. Ticket #24334923

@NinjaKitchen have an original thirsti about 2 years old. One side doesnt push out any syrup flavoring or its very light even with the sweeter option chosen. Have descaled and cleaned but still having this issue. How to fix/troubleshoot?
