@janemarielynch I like to line the bottom and sides of the pan with foil or parchment. Then you can just lift the whole thing out of the pan by the foil "handles" before you cut the bars.

You guys, I made lemon bars. My next batch will probably look better. But damn they’re delicious. The recipe called for an ungreased pan. But I had a hard time getting the crust up. Should I grease the pan next time? In spite of the directions?! I’m a real direction follower.

@BCDreyer Have you seen the 1984 version with George C Scott as Scrooge? It's overlooked and underrated IMO. (Not that the A. Sim version isn't wonderful.)
