Well done @graeme_brown this is the devastating reality in other towns/cities too.
1800 people a year are killed by drivers on 🇬🇧 roads. Few are adequately reported & most attract devastatingly lenient sentences. Totally agree it’s time to call it out. Which paper will be next?

Entirely had enough of the people driving on West Mids roads putting everyone else at risk in their tonnes of metal. We report on it every day - the latest person killed for having the temerity to cross the road. I think it is time we start calling it out much, much, better.
