@IncomeTaxIndia I have submitted the application again, and this time the payment was successful. Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the previously failed transactions.

@IncomeTaxIndia I made two payments for the TAN application, both for the same party, but the application is still not being processed. The website shows that the site is under maintenance, and the payment amount has been deducted both times. Will I get the refund ?

@IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharaman The stay application was submitted via email and speed post, however, it has still not been granted. Adjustment of the demand would cause significant financial hardship to the client. This situation does not align with the principles of ease of doing business.

@IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharaman I am confident that the demand will be adjusted against the refund. Despite considerable time having passed, no action has been taken.

@IncomeTaxIndia My client filed a Stay of Demand application on 28th April 2025, however, no response has been received from the department to date. There is a concern that, despite the pending appeal, the entire demand may be adjusted against the refund in the coming months.

@Infosys_GSTN Could you please guide me on this error ? The utility is throwing an error whenever I try to upload the json file downloaded from the portal.

@IRCTCofficial Why are you taking 5–6 days to issue the refund? Will you compensate me with interest for using my money during that time?
