Went to Croma recently to buy a phone. I knew exactly what I wanted. Guess how long it took for them to bill me after exchanging my old phone? 1 hour. Scan the old phone, generate QR code, send to biller, enter mobile number, generate OTP, resend OTP, enter OTP, download ID proof, send to biller, upload ID proof, generate another code, oh we don't have stock in this color....ayyayyayyaya Customer is not the king. Customer is the last incidental step in the giant data capturing industry. The consumer industry is an absolute mess.

Your systems should focus on - I buy a product, here's my money, give me my bill, and I'm out. Not add a million data points for you to analyze sales. That's my feedback. Thanks.
