Chung Kim of Dallas TX had Section 8 upstairs neighbors who routinely swept dog shit and diapers onto his balcony.
He complained to the HOA with no results. He woke up one morning to find more dog shit so he got his gun and shot them both in the spine and head.
He got a life sentence. Funny how him “having a bad day” or his mental state didn’t come into play.
