@amiyaaranha and the power adapter finally came in! screen's definitely meowed/fricked, got the familiar boot sound but some beeps afterwards. gonna see if the external display port will work with my retrotink...

@amiyaaranha don't have a power adapter yet so i can't boot it -- just been lazy in procuring one. fortunately its original battery seems clean. i'll bet though that the disk drives are probably require some adjustment at the least though.

There's a lot that goes on in the spidor brain, some good and some not so good. Some days it feels like mostly not so good. But I'm trying hard not to make that anyone else's problem! Thank you for being gracious and patient with me during those not so good times.
