NUCLEAR 101: This nuclear reactor is small enough to fit on a truck but powerful enough to bring electricity and heat anywhere, from military bases to disaster zones to remote towns with no grid connection.
Microreactors will be factory-built, plug-and-play, and could change the way we power the world.

How much more is it worth for you to build a 100m company than a 10m company?
Is it worth 10x more, 5x more, 100x more.
Well if you say 5x more, and the odds of you making a 10m company are 80%.
Then as long as you have a >16% chance to make a 100m company you should take it.
This is why there's a lot of VC backed founders who end up making no revenue, while most bootstrapped do.
It's 2 completely different games.

Every time I think we’re going to convert on a call, the customer ends up being super out of left field. They either want to work at HERA, want to invest, or just want to give us advice.
And every time I’m like, “I have no idea what this call is going to be, let’s just take it,” they end up asking for a trial.
I don’t know how my radar is so off.

Self-Maintaining APIs @GaddipatiHarsha APIs change constantly, but the way providers communicate those changes is still broken. Breaking updates go unnoticed, new features get buried in changelogs, and customers often find out only after something stops working. Coding agents make a better model possible. Instead of announcing a change, an API provider could find every affected use in a customer’s codebase and open the pull request itself.
