hi i have a question, if trump said "biden" in a hot mic moment, will "biden" resolve to yes?
context: on the livestream, after the Q and A ended, the video turned black, but we can still hear the audio. trump was talking to someone else and he said "biden"
then the audio cuts off and the stream ended
so does it count?
I think it counts and "biden" should resolve yes
but people are saying hot mic moments do not count so "biden" should resolve no
but is it a hot mic moment if the audio is part of the official live stream?

This trip, has been very positive in many ways.

Prediction markets have been brought up without me even saying the word
