Our work on bridge recombination is out in @Nature today. We are especially excited to share our structural work in collaboration with @hnisimasu. We show that this enzyme makes and breaks a Holliday junction, using more (!) RNA-DNA base-pairing to drive the reaction forward 🧵

Our 2 bridge RNA papers are finally published in @Nature! Check out the incredible CryoEM structures, they're truly beautiful. A years-long rollercoaster ride, it's hard for me to imagine a more exciting project than this. Thank you to @ntperry13, @pdhsu, and our amazing team!
