One trick to making great products is to avoid using metrics too early in the process. Too many times have seen product teams agonize over reams of data when simply watching someone try to use the product would reveal obvious course corrections.

I’m beginning to not care what people think about me. I’m beginning to not care what I think about me. As this is beginning to happen. I’m beginning to feel kind of peace. Or maybe it’s freedom. I’ll take both.

A friends asked, what does harmony mean to you? And I answered, it’s when two things from different places come together to make something beautiful together.

I’ve developed an obsession for becoming wealthy. The Lie - “I’ve developed an obsession with money.” The Truth - I hate money. It’s nothing more than a byproduct of wealth.

I stepped on a big thorn yesterday. Limping and swollen now. Taking it as a sign that I need to slow down. Pretty sure I need to give Twitter a break. I love chatting. And sharing breath. But I’m getting overwhelmed. So I am surrendering to being chill and still. ❤️‍🩹

@observing_hades @TylerAlterman There were two yoga instructors that emphasized “breath is the practice” they were teaching a variation of Ashtanga yoga. I’m no longer practicing. Injuries were frequent. And the roots of these systems don’t sit well with me. Will send a few apps that give a primer

@TylerAlterman I can say more if you like, but for me it was conscious breath + movement. Some call it ‘Ujjayi’. I like to call it ocean breathing. Pairs well with almost any kind of movement.

How did you sleep? Is such a nice thing to ask, and be asked. We underestimate the power of 💤

We built an app that put text on photos. I’ve seen a lot of Memes. This is my favorite.

@SeanMombo I always hesitate to be specific here. Still learning. But for me it’s throwing on my favorite jams, big soft breaths, gently holding in and out after I start feeling a bit light headed . Repeat. Drink water.

@SeanMombo I think it does unwind the longish term effects. And relieves some of the neural pathways that get crunchy, prickly, or too sensitive
