I can pretty confidently say that this works 100% of the time. If you convince yourself that you are going to be fine and that things will work out, they on average will because self-doubt just gets torn apart. None of this stuff is real anyway, just convince yourself.
Brandon Luu, MD@BrandonLuuMD

Literally just having a delusional golden retriever mindset measurably changes outcomes and physiology. Sleep badly? Convince yourself you're well rested. Stressful day? Convince yourself it's fuel. Failed? Convince yourself it's useful data.

Unemployment is one of the hardest phases in a man's life. - You wake up without any clear plan - You feel lost most of the time - Same thoughts keep coming: “What should I do?” - You start doubting yourself again and again - Even small things make you overthink - You compare your life with others - Seeing others succeed hurts sometimes - Family keeps asking questions - Society makes you feel like you are behind - Your confidence slowly goes down - Days feel long and boring - Nights are full of stress and worry - You want to do better, but don’t know where to start - Rejections make it even harder - You feel like nothing is working But one thing is true: - This phase is temporary - It teaches you patience - It makes you mentally stronger - It pushes you to improve yourself Keep going, even if it feels slow. One opportunity can change everything.

you gotta work and study and pursue your creative interests or hobbies all at the same time, just enjoy the process and be yourself - no sunday blues or being down on a monday, working for it daily

@NoFilterSkin I’ve seen a few before and afters from microneedling and laser and I find it barely works. I don’t see much a difference. I’m just accepting that I’ll never get rid of these scars

No filter Skin
No filter Skin@NoFilterSkin·
You can’t get rid of them. Look closely... they’re not “holes.” What you’re seeing is actual loss of skin tissue. Parts of your skin didn’t grow back the same way after damage. These are atrophic acne scars. And if you have them, it usually means you’ve dealt with acne that went deep enough to affect your skin structure. This is why early acne treatment matters. Once inflammation gets intense, it doesn’t just go away clean. When it comes to fixing it, you’re not removing anything. You’re rebuilding. Treatments like microneedling, laser resurfacing and fillers work by stimulating collagen so your skin can slowly fill in those depressed areas over time. So instead of trying to close the spaces, the goal is to get your skin to grow into them again. Also: Acne scars are not acne marks. Acne scars are not large pores. Know the difference.
