Today, we're launching Nue Health, India's most affordable preventative healthcare membership. This all first started when I heard Nithin Kamath had suffered a heart attack - someone who cared so much about health and fitness. How was this possible? We're constantly told that we hit our "quarter life crisis" at 25 - which means we're all supposed to live till a 100 right? Then why was I seeing so many people succumb to cancer and cardiac arrests in their 30's and 40's? Something didn't add up. I dug deep - there had to be a way to see this coming. Why was everyone in the dark about what was happening inside their body? This is when I realised that health is an extremely fragmented and uncertain experience in India. People don't know what biomarkers to test, what to do with an 18 page blood test report, how to connect these results over time and exactly what they needed to do to improve their health. They had the data, but they didn't know what to do with it. We put our heads down and started building. We learnt every single thing there is to know about the space. Got engineers and researchers from Princeton onto the team - people who've been into biology since they were 14. We're building a digital twin of the human body for every Indian - one single blood panel tested every 6 months, combined with your wearable and nutrition data, and a doctor verified action protocol so you know exactly what's happening inside your body at all times and what you need to do to improve it. We're building a new kind of healthcare : one that that doesn't wait for you to get sick before taking action. one that helps you understand your unique biology. one that India truly deserves. @payoshnis @arindam___paul I am guessing it is partially because Marathas did rule a significant portion of the states where marathi is popular + they're adjacent to maharashtra too.

@ThisCouldBeAas Mg glycinate is Mg + Glycine (glycine is small amts) -> this one is meant for regular Mg intake -> primary relaxes muscles Pure Glycine is meant to lower body temp, increases deep sleep, good for joints/skin. (supports collagen).

@__spd_ It is kind of bookkeeping and memory in India (don't know about US though) if you've multiple sources of income and other financial complications (and if you're in old regime).

Filed my own taxes for the first time in the US and India simultaneously since I started earning - had a CA in India and my employer provided me a CPA the first three years, and it’s interesting how Indian taxation was basically a one click checkout and the US was basically a test of my bookkeeping and memory.

@Arpitaaa01 Participating in a full Ironman cost > 1.5L INR ( not including the travel etc costs). Am sure at some point in my life I am going to pay that to hear -"You're an Ironman" 🙂 at the end of the race!!

All my single friends are terrible at talking about themselves. I recently onboarded two of the most interesting ones – a product genius who swam the English Channel and a national level shooter who is also an investment banker. Both of them didn’t mention any of these achievements to Wingy. Maybe Wingy is not the best wingwoman. She needs the real wingperson (their friends) to help bring out everything that these singles are too modest to say out loud. Running a small experiment where we don’t talk to the singles, but to their friends, to set them up. Looking to work with 20 friends on this. DM me if you want to unsingle your single friends.

We need more hybrid sports in India. The wave is here. Over the weekend at Hyrox, the difference in performance between Indians and non-Indians was very obvious. They were fast af. Not surprising though. They’ve had better infra and have been doing hybrid training for years. A big part of it is also how their cities are built. More walkable, better access to outdoor spaces, and nature actually coexist with the city. Here we’ve mostly gone the other way. But it’s still great to see this catching up. And not just with Gen Z. It’s across age groups. People were bringing their kids just to watch, to show them what effort like this looks like. I love that. Curious if anyone here is building in this space (Please hit me up) Not just hybrid gyms, but actual competition formats too. Things like Devil’s Circuit, Hyrox-style races, sand races, etc. Feels like we’re still very early, and someone is going to build something really big here. The weekend was full of learning about what the next step in this space would look like (along with holding onto life 🧎🏃‍♀️🎱🏋️‍♀️🏅)

on a side note, I was using sonnet for this agent and roughly spending ~ 3.5-4$ per day, just for the trading agent.

would have been fun if OpenClaw provided a setup to host multiple agents parallely, quite surprised it didn't have one.
