@zko1014 @combatcoIdcuts @joosshyb @NHLPlayerSafety If it says “max allowable” it’s because that’s the max they can give based on salary. Rantanen and Benn were both max fines, Benn just makes less.

@combatcoIdcuts @joosshyb @NHLPlayerSafety I don’t know the exact reason but I would hope they fine players for their actions and not just based on their salary. Especially when that $2500 which is .0003% of their salary. My guess is that Benn’s is less because he wasn’t penalized on the ice
