@ErinNiHuffman @LexiOstrow @AmazonPub @amazon @AmazonKDP I hadn’t republished anything either time, so mine wasn’t cause by that. I thought it was caused by changing my covers on one series the first time, but found out that my stuff had already been removed from Amazon before that.

Especially considering the last time this happened someone from customer service legitimately told me that it looked like they tried to close someone else’s account and accidentally closed mine instead. These are expensive accidents…they need to be accountable.

@LexiOstrow @AmazonPub @amazon @AmazonKDP Yeah the first time they shut me down, it was a few hours before the release of book 2 in a brand new trilogy and it screwed the release and entire series by the time I got back up and running, but there’s no way to really gauge how much that alone cost. It’s so frustrating.

@lolaglassauthor @AmazonPub @amazon @AmazonKDP I am so sorry! The same book got me twice a day apart. Two different reasons. Both not real issues. It was a preorder so not awful but I had just released a Christmas romance 2 days before and lost a ton of sales and booked promo spend bc they don’t refund.

@amazon @AmazonKDP can you please get this fixed quickly? The first time your kindle content review team shut me down without warning it cost me over $10,000 in missed sales and extra expenses just to get my books back up and running, and I did nothing wrong then or now.
