🆕 ONE Championship is rolling out its paid Inner Circle Superfan Club worldwide from this Friday. From ONE Friday Fights 147 onwards, the first five fights of each weekly Lumpinee Stadium card will now sit behind the subscription service globally, after the model was trialled in Thailand first. And ONE is not easing into it quietly. The opening segment of Friday’s card is unusually strong, with reigning bantamweight Muay Thai champion Nabil Anane defending his title against Rambolek, Seksan facing Pakorn, and Thai fan favourite PTT meeting short-notice replacement Arian Esparza after Hamza Rachid withdrew earlier this week. The rest of the event will continue under ONE’s more familiar free-to-air structure, with former longtime bantamweight king Nong-O Hama facing Asadula Imangazaliev for the vacant flyweight Muay Thai title in the main event. For years, Friday Fights has built much of its audience on accessibility and free online distribution. This changes that equation. ONE is still offering the back end of the show for free, depending on region and broadcast deals, but the opening stretch has now become premium content. Starting with Nabil, Seksan and a notably strong early slate, ONE is giving fans plenty of reason to sample the new model on launch night. SEA Games Women’s Football in Chaos as Myanmar Fans Go to Wrong Stadium After Official Website Gives Incorrect Info Dec 5, 2025 The chaos in women’s football at the SEA Games continues as Myanmar fans ended up at the wrong stadium. The official website listed the wrong venue, stating that the match would be held at Chonburi Stadium instead of the National Sports University Chonburi Campus. Myanmar fans faced confusion when trying to watch the Group B match between Myanmar and the Philippines on December 5. The game was scheduled at the National Sports University Chonburi Campus, but the official website mistakenly listed Chonburi Stadium, causing many Myanmar supporters to go to the wrong location. Although the SEA Games 2025 website corrected the stadium name afterward, the organizers still had to spend significant time clarifying the misunderstanding with the Myanmar fans, informing them that Chonburi Stadium was not the correct venue. #Thailand #Myanmar #SEAGAMES2025

He affirmed that he will continue to perform his duties and is preparing to restore Hat Yai city to its normal condition as quickly as possible. #Thailand #HatYaiFlood #นายกแป้น

Dr. Ae Suchatvee Lays Out Flood Timeline, Pointing to Wrong Assessment by Hat Yai Municipality Following the heavy flooding in the Southern region, especially in the Hat Yai area of Songkhla province, where many residents are still trapped in their homes and have not received assistance. Most recently, on November 24, Dr. Ae Suchatvee Suwansawas, the leader of the Thai Kao Mai Party, posted on his Facebook page, "Ae Suchatvee," regarding the issue, stating that a wrong situation assessment impacted the 'lives of the people of Hat Yai.' “Who will take responsibility?” The common feedback about this Hat Yai flood is that 'the warning system had problems.' Heavy rain at the 'Rain Bomb' level fell in Hat Yai and several Southern provinces from November 19 until November 22. The accumulated rainfall over 3 days was measured at 595 millimeters, which is more than the 516 millimeters recorded in 2010 when the Hat Yai flood incident occurred, causing tens of billions of baht in damage. “This year, the water level continuously rose until it flooded the Hat Yai Municipal area in the middle of the night on November 22, with the "Klong Rian monkey cheek" (water retention area) no longer able to hold the water. ”According to the Incident Action Plan, a disaster warning must be issued at least 120 hours or 5 days before the disaster occurs. If we count November 22 as the critical point, a warning should have been issued since November 17. ”And if the available data confirms a greater than 60 percent chance of a disaster, a warning must be issued at least 72 hours or on November 19 (which was the day the heavy rain fell and the water level began to rise). ”However, on November 20, or 48 hours before the flood disaster, the Hat Yai City Flood Prevention and Mitigation Command Center, which is directed by the Mayor of Hat Yai City, had just issued Statement No. 2 and reported that the situation was 'normal, green flag.' ”This is a severe error in disaster management and has caused hundreds of thousands of Hat Yai residents to face this fate, losing lives and property—hundreds or thousands of homes and cars submerged. The damage value is no less than ten billion baht (compared to the great flood of 2010). Who will take responsibility? With deep concern." #Thailand #HaYai #flood

@theresa_197O You’ve judged him and formed a very strong opinion about him, yet you haven’t met him even once. The only information you have about him comes from the article. You seem to take pleasure and satisfaction in this man’s misfortune. That’s not a ‘sweet’ thing to do.

Police Raid Drug Party in Luxury Bangkok Hotel, Arrest 29 Men Metropolitan police officers raided a drug party involving men who have sex with men, arresting 29 individuals—28 Thai nationals and one Filipino—in a suite at a prestigious luxury hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 13 in Bangkok at 00.30 a.m. on November 2. Upon entering the premises, officers discovered condoms, lubricant gel, Viagra, and illicit drugs scattered throughout the room. Of those detained, four individuals have been formally charged with drug possession. The remaining 25 are currently being interrogated by Lumpini Police Station officers for further investigation. According to the investigation, the group organizing this drug gathering is the same one previously arrested by authorities on December 8, 2024, in the Thong Lo Police Station jurisdiction. #Antinarcoticos #bangkok #thailand

BREAKING: Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) announced an increase in fares for all three sections of the Green Line Skytrain extension, effective from November 1, 2025 onwards. On October 22, 2025, at the Irawat Phatthana Building, Bangkok City Hall 2, Din Daeng, Mr. Wisanu Subsompon, Deputy Governor of Bangkok, revealed that the BMA is preparing to adjust the fare structure for the Green Line Skytrain project's three extension sections: Mo Chit–Ku Khot, Bang Chak–Samut Prakan, and Pho Nimit–Bang Wa. The changes will take effect from November 1, 2025 onwards. Currently, the BMA oversees the operation of the Green Line Skytrain (extension sections), totaling 36 stations over a distance of 44 kilometers. The current fare adjustment is a shift from the previous flat rate of 15 Baht for the entire line to a "Distance Fare" structure to reflect the actual cost of service and maintain the stability of the mass transit system in the long run. For the new rate, travel within the extension sections will start at 17 Baht and increase according to distance, not exceeding 45 Baht. For passengers traveling across the concession and extension sections, the maximum total fare will not exceed 65 Baht (an increase of only 3 Baht from the current rate), which is still considered lower than the average fare of skytrain systems in major cities worldwide. In the past, the BMA collected a fare of only 15 Baht for the entire extension, which did not align with the operating and maintenance costs, forcing the BMA to bear the expenses and use budget to compensate for the difference, amounting to over 6 billion Baht per year. Revenue from operating the extension sections is approximately 2.4 billion Baht per year, while total expenses are as high as 9.012 billion Baht. This fare structure adjustment is therefore necessary to ensure the city's mass transit system can operate sustainably and efficiently. However, the BMA has implemented appropriate relief and assistance measures, including a 30% fare reduction for children and students (up to 23 years old) and a 50% fare reduction for the elderly (60 years old and above). The primary group affected is passengers traveling only within the extension sections, whose fares will increase by 2–30 Baht depending on the distance. Passengers using only the original concession section will see no change. The BMA confirms that it will proceed cautiously to ensure the burden on the public is not excessive, while maintaining service standards for convenience, safety, and value, in accordance with the principles of a modern urban mass transit system. The public can inquire or offer further suggestions at the Traffic and Transport Department, Tel. 02 354 1211 or website traffic.bangkok.go.th, Krungthep Thanakom Co., Ltd., Tel. 02 168 3368 or website thanakom.co.th, Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Company Limited (BTSC), Tel. 02 617 6000 or Facebook Page "BTS Skytrain". The BMA thanks the public for their understanding and cooperation. This fare adjustment aims for the stable and sustainable growth of the Green Line Skytrain system, so that Bangkok's mass transit system can continue to operate with quality. In the long term, the BMA will continue to develop and maintain the transport system for all groups of people. #Thailand #BTS
