@Rii_HD People don’t realise that using a Oyster card is way better than contactless lmao. At a point during the day when using your Oyster card they’ll just stop charging you after you hit a certain amount of journeys but with contactless it’s just endless

@SimmySimzx I use contactless on two separate cards. I’m also a massive control freak and I check all my charges every day. In five years I haven’t had one single overcharge. I asked for delay refunds and I got them 99% of the times

@lolothecatt @judeinlondon I think this is probably in the case of leasehold flats which would be the case in a lot of flats if you’re buying outright, the rules of the building apply to the flats. But of the many actual houses i looked at none of them had this restriction

How did people get scammed into doing shared ownership. What do you mean I pay a deposit, I pay a mortgage, I pay RENT on top of that AND I only own less than 50%?!?!

@luke_mcfeeters @parsiminity @judeinlondon A regular dog or cat. Not allowed in the listing I saw in front of my eyes, so I skipped. The fact that I have to ask permission like a renter drove me away. The downsides of being a renter and all the responsibilities of an owner. Maybe someone likes it but it’s not for me.

@parsiminity @judeinlondon That’s your shared ownership, not a universal rule. They can sure not allow pets, in s.o. flats. Seen it listed with my own eyes! Sometimes you have to ask for permission, which is absurd.
