@YodelOnline hi, I believe I’ve been scammed and the seller is blaming Yodel. They’re now saying you have a huge backlog of deliveries and 13 days for delivery is your current SLA! Can you let me know if this is correct. Can DM you the tracking details…

@riverisland Hi, my delivery is late again. This has happened the last 3 times. I have attached a screenshot of the Royal Mail tracking? Every time this happens it just sits in a depot waiting to be delivered. Please look at alternative postal options.

@OfficeShoes hi. Why do you not provide paperless returns? Having to print off a postage label for @YodelOnline makes no sense. Why not just provide print at store options using a QR code?
