Today is #worldprematurityday & thanks to our wonderful NHS and ⁦@Blisscharity⁩ support my Charlie born at 23 weeks & weighing just 455g is now a thriving 14 year old at mainstream school and doing more than ever could have been expected. ❤️

When the waiter arrives to take our plates away, I always move mine a few centimetres closer to him to show that I'm great and very helpful.

@worddoodles_EP I fill a thermos flask from the kettle at the start of the day to extend my boiled water to the afternoon, usually get 4 cups out of it - and if there’s any small bit of cold water left in there next day, it goes to the plants 🪴

Apologised to the person opposite me on the train for gently tapping their leg with my foot. Realised I actually tapped my foot on the table leg. There’s nowhere to go from here. Just going to casually stair out the window for 20 mins until my stop.
