A year ago I published Don't Be Canada, outlining eight areas in which Canada is uniquely dysfunctional. In the interim 12 months, the Government of Alberta has made meaningful progress on *all eight* categories. This is why I keep telling people that reform is possible now, and to not wait for a messiah to fix everything from Ottawa.

After the UCP increased co-payments by 40% on seniors’ drug plans, a leaked cabinet document reveals that Danielle Smith has secret plans to charge Albertans hundreds of millions more for their prescription drugs. Swipe the photos for our full statement. #abpoli #ableg #abhealth

After seeing what a fucking sociopathic idiot the United States elected (for a 2nd time, nevertheless), I'm even more happy & satisfied here in Canada with the guy we have running our country. Canada has a financial scholar running things, the U.S. has a sickly orange hot dog.

We’re at a crossroads. Not every Canadian can afford to leave. Not every family has an American job offer waiting. But make no mistake — the conversation is happening. At kitchen tables, at daycare pickups, in late-night chats between spouses. “Do we stay?” “What are we staying for?” “How much more of this can we take?” The question is no longer shocking. The silence of our political class is. winnipegsun.com/opinion/klein-…

@mapleblooded All tariffs against Canada have been lifted, they were necessary to make sure Carney got in, all part of the plot..

I routinely reevaluate my positions by taking in new information and comparing my conclusions to previously held beliefs. It’s not easy to admit it but I’m pretty sure I was wrong about Donald Trump and it’s something I’ll have to reconcile with.

@tr6_guy The system is rigged, the PPC will never be allowed to gain momentum. And, Too many Canadians are hopelessly brain washed, it will take an alien invasion to wake people up.

@CherieBeneteau For all the people whining, maybe your energy would be better served helping fix things.. who are you calling and writing to so they know what you need and what we expect from them. Red or blue doesn’t matter. What’s best for us all does.

@HockleyTyson Being one I know lots of boomers, none of them vote Liberal, they have destroyed Canada for every age group. I also know many younger people who can’t be bothered to vote.

@PEIPolNews How can anyone be mortified by the ending of wars, securing the border and ending mass immigration? We need a Canadian Trump, in case you haven’t noticed Canada is a total train wreck under the Liberals.

Canadians are mortified at the prospect of a Trump presidency south of the border. Then why would they ever consider voting for the same thing up here? Poilievre = Canadian Trump. #cdnpoli #onpoli #peipoli

@patgagnon_75 He is the leader of the official opposition, elected to represent Canadians, he should not need special security clearance. If he signs it then he can no longer divulge the contents…..

NO ELECTION SHOULD BE HELD UNTIL PIERRE POILIEVRE INTIATES HIS NISCOP SECURITY CLEARANCE. A LEADER THAT REFUSES TO BE WELL INFORMED ON MATTERS OF NATIONAL SECURITY IS NOT A LEADER. THIS IS THE SAME AS LETTING A BLIND MAN DRIVE A CAR THEN ACTING SUPRISED WHEN AN ACCIDENT HAPPENS.

In British Columbia we are having an election between a party that plans to build more housing, address climate change, provide more family doctors, keep auto insurance affordable and a party that wants to bring back plastic straws. Yes you read that correctly.   1/2

@ColinPlantNDP It´s about common sense, half of the packaging on the food we buy is wrapped in plastics, so are paper straws wrapped. Read the platform, it’s full of common sense as well. BC can’t survive another 4 years of NDP for health reasons alone.
